Even though we mainly work with robots at WMS, humanity is irreplaceable for us. Our people contribute their time, energy and inexhaustible wealth of ideas every single day – and we know that very well. As a medium-sized company and modern employer, we are pleased that we can always offer our employees a different (robot) adventure. But that’s not all: we encourage the ongoing commitment of our colleagues through an open and transparent working atmosphere, a wide range of training options and tailored development plans – regardless of whether they are trainees, students or long-term employees.<\/p>\n
