Based on this rough draft, the designers create &#8211; component by component &#8211; a coherent system layout for the customer.<\/p>\n<p>With the help of a CAD program, the individual elements are designed and worked out until they bear the individual footprint of the respective customer.<\/p>\n<p>Within the single projects, each employee deals with the construction of a different assembly. With attention to detail and maximum precision a harmonious machine layout is created.<\/p>\n<p>During the whole process each step in the developement of the machine is documented and recorded.<\/p>\n<p>Due to a of a regular exchange within the department, the designed machine components are veryfied frequently and possible problems and suitable solutions are discussed.<\/p>\n<p>Once all components have been finalized and approved by the customer, the plans of the individual parts are created.
