That is why we begin our investment in the training of young people very early in their careers. A student internship not only provides us with the opportunity to meet our own standard of being a socially responsible member of society. We also want to make it easier for our interns to navigate a world that, for them, is still very complicated. If we can provide them with clarity regarding a future career, then we have accomplished our goal. Even if that means that a certain job is not the right fit for them, we have contributed to helping the intern determine the direction of their future path with regard to their education or vocational training.
We offer training in the following 4 areas. At WMS, interns can freely choose from these areas. Depending on availability, a combination of these areas can also be experienced. That allows participants to get an even more comprehensive look at WMS.
