Even though we mainly work with robots at WMS, humanity is irreplaceable for us. Our people contribute their time, energy and inexhaustible wealth of ideas every single day – and we know that very well. As a medium-sized company and modern employer, we are pleased that we can always offer our employees a different (robot) adventure. Because we spend as much time with few people as we do with our colleagues, we attach great importance to a relaxed and respectful atmosphere. Naturally, we support each other in our daily work and cultivate a culture in which everyone sees their own team members as supportive contact persons at eye level. Our managers do not hand out tasks from the twentieth floor: thanks to our „Open Door Policy“, superiors always have an open ear for private and professional concerns – this applies to every single position and across all levels.

Natural landscapes and state-of-the-art robot technology

Klettgau-Grießen
The district of Grießen, which belongs to the municipality of Klettgau, may seem inconspicuous at first glance, but due to its unique location, numerous leisure and nature activities are hidden here in every conceivable direction. As we are right on the border with Switzerland, Zurich can be reached in under 40 minutes – and with it all the advantages of such a metropolis, such as cinemas, theaters, art houses, bars, clubs and swimming pools. There are also many options for nature lovers: Health resorts as well as the easily accessible Lake Constance and southern Black Forest invite you to go hiking, skiing or on hiking tours through picturesque nature reserves.
In Grießen itself, there are streams, vineyards and dense wooded areas to relax and take a deep breath. There are two restaurants and a food market in the immediate vicinity of the site. At the Grießen site, we work with state-of-the-art robot technology and still have a first-class connection to nature.

Nordstemmen (near Hildesheim)
If you leave Hanover heading south, you follow a chain of ponds, bathing and leisure lakes, at the end of which lies our Nordstemmen location. The immediate surroundings of the municipality, with their idyllic waterscapes and extensive forest and mountain landscapes, are ideal for swimming, cycling and hiking. Those looking for more modern leisure activities in addition to castles (Marienburg Castle approx. 10 minutes away), rivers and lakes (Steinhuder Meer approx. 60 minutes away) will find almost inexhaustible entertainment and shopping opportunities in the nearby state capital of Lower Saxony. Nordstemmen itself has sports clubs, several shopping facilities and a small leisure pool. As at our other location, we can also combine state-of-the-art robot technology with down-to-earth nature and really feel at home here.
