Secure entry into a future-oriented industry with sound training

Do you have your school-leaving certificate in the bag and want to develop your skills in an innovative and sought-after industry? And the fact that you will develop a passion for robotics in the process is an added bonus? Excellent!

An apprenticeship (3.5 years) at WMS offers you a solid foundation for your future career. We support you from the first to the last day of your apprenticeship and enable you to put the knowledge you have acquired at vocational school into practice at any time. To ensure that we can provide you with intensive support in all areas of your training at all times, we always make sure that we never take on more trainees than we can actually supervise. You can therefore rely on competent contact persons and plenty of open ears for your individual concerns.

So that you can work as practically as possible during your apprenticeship, you will always deal with real tasks and thus make a tangible contribution to the success of our projects at an early stage. You can also rely on a wide range of training courses, which are made up of activities at your vocational school, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce and our internal training courses on site. We won’t leave you hanging while you prepare for your intermediate or final exams either: We will be happy to work with you on exams from previous years.

As much fun as working at WMS is, once a year we leave the machines behind for a while and go on an exciting journey of discovery in the DACH region together with our trainees. Our last destinations were, for example, the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart and the Technorama in Winterthur.

After developing you as a specialist throughout your training, we would like to keep you with us after you pass your final exam and are already looking forward to the interview!
