Collaborating robots „Cobots“ are a decisive component of the Industrie 4.0 concept. They enable cooperation between humans and robots throughout the entire production process – completely without separation by protective devices.
Our Offer. Your Choice.
ABB, KUKA, Fanuc – with tried-and-tested suppliers in a new design, we guarantee a successful introduction of cobots into your production process.
At a glance:
- ABB is the inventor of YuMi®), the first collaborative two-arm robot (also available with one arm), which is ideally suited for small parts assembly, where short cycles, small batch sizes are required. Over the last few years, the product portfolio has been expanded to include the GoFa™ and SWIFTI™ cobots.
- GoFa® ) impresses with best speed, safety and user-friendliness and can be used in the areas of material handling, assembly, gripping and packaging, among others.
- SWIFTI™promises to close the gap between collaborative and standard industrial robots. It performs tasks such as assembling and polishing components with speed and precision.
In 2014 KUKA developed the world’s first cobot. In the meantime, three different variants are available, always guaranteeing perfect human-robot collaboration. With the LBR iiwa 7 R800 / LBR iiwa R800 CR and LBR iiwa 14 R820, there is also the right option for your application. LBR stands for lightweight robot, iiwa for „intelligent industrial work assistant“, distinctions are found in the reach, payload and mounting position. Responsive, adaptive, sensitive and autonomous for your best result.

But young equipment has also proven itself on the market in recent years: the Universal Robot. This is available in four different variants, depending on the required payload. Staggered according to 3, 5, 10 and 16kg, there is also the right option for your application. The Cobot has six joints with which it optimally integrates into its environment and adapts to the process.
Simply effective. All special functions can be intuitively controlled via app. In this way, it is easy to specify the force with which which surface is to be processed.
Programming can be done by manually guiding the robot arm.
With its force-torque sensor system, it can determine its own movements and speeds during machining.
The special feature: The simple creation of machining programs means that deburring complex components or automating production processes is now economical even for small batch sizes.
