The origin of every WMS machine can be found in the first pencil sketch made by the sales department. Based on this rough draft, the designers create – component by component – a coherent system layout for the customer.
With the help of a CAD program, the individual elements are designed and worked out until they bear the individual footprint of the respective customer.
Within the single projects, each employee deals with the construction of a different assembly. With attention to detail and maximum precision a harmonious machine layout is created.
During the whole process each step in the developement of the machine is documented and recorded.
Due to a of a regular exchange within the department, the designed machine components are veryfied frequently and possible problems and suitable solutions are discussed.
